What is your turnaround time?
Please allow one week for order fulfillment, not including shipping time.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight in order to provide the most accurate shipping option with the safest possible delivery method of your product. Most items are shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking information sent via email.
Can I have my package delivered on a specific date?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please be sure your order is complete and correct prior to checkout as we are unable to make changes or cancellations after it has been placed.
Do you take custom requests?
While we do not take specific custom orders, we do love suggestions! We love your ideas and input at any time so always feel free to share your custom wishes!
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally, but hope to one day!
Oh no! I shipped my package to the wrong address!
If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrect address, we're happy to send a replacement. We do charge a shipping fee for the second delivery attempt.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is required at the time of checkout. We do not store any payment methods so we are unable to edit orders after they are placed.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, we do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
What if my gifts are damaged?
We're so sorry! We know accidents can happen and we are always happy to help get you a replacement or a solution as quickly as we can! Please email us at hello@givelilu.com and we’ll help make it right! Please let us know about all damages within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of both the items and the packaging so we can best help you.
